Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns Policy applies to purchases made from only.

If you are not satisfied with your product purchase, damaged, or the wrong size, we will happily refund or exchange within 30 days providing the item has not been used or installed in any way. Our policy lasts 30 days from the arrival date. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or resend.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 15 business days.
All refunds will be paid via the original payment method and to the original purchaser. We cannot refund to a different bank account, credit card or PayPal account. (No exceptions)
Please note that where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Air Purifiers Direct will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.

We are always willing to work with customers to ensure that they make the most suitable purchase for their requirements. We encourage you to make your selection of items carefully before your purchase. If the thing is thought to be faulty, we will assess and troubleshoot the issue with you. However, you may want to return the item/s for reasons not related to warranty or rights under consumer law in some circumstances. In this case, you may return the item/s (unused) for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the purchase date.

Please note that our Change of return policy will be voided, and no exchange or refund will be given if:
1.The item/s have been used.
2.Not in their original packaging and of resalable condition.
3.Are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4.Returned more than 30 days after purchase date.
5.Do not have a return authorization number issued by us.

Returns Instructions
1.Returns Packaging & Its Condition When Sending Back
Only items in original packaging can be returned. If an item is sent back in non-original packaging, this will immediately void the refund for the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot provide replacement boxes. Every customer will receive this notice in their Order Confirmation Email and their Shipping Confirmation Email to hold on to their packaging for the first 30 days.

2.Please be respectful of your returned item(s) when sending it back to us. We take great care in making sure your item is appropriately boxed/packaged and secure for transit. We expect the same from you on your return(s).

3.All returns are inspected upon arrival by us. We found the item arrives back damaged due to the customer poorly boxing/packing your returned item; this will affect your refund amount. Severely damaged goods arriving back to us due to insufficient customer boxing/packaging may even result in getting no refund at all.

Goods Damaged In Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team on as soon as possible and provide proof of damage (e.g., pictures) straight away. Please do not tamper with the box until you have spoken to our customer service team member. Fiwotttda will either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. Fiwotttda will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the product was damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped.

Return Shipping Costs – Who Pays?
When Fiwotttda Pays For Return Shipping - Fiwotttda will pay for the cost of return shipping if the reason for return resulted from our error. Examples of instances may include:
Item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part
1.We shipped out the wrong item
2.We shipped it to the wrong address
3.We shipped a duplicate order
4.Item malfunctioned during the 30 day returns period (Assuming the customer assembled the item properly per the instruction manual)

When the Customer Pays For Return Shipping - In the case of a return due to customer error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and customer pays shipping charges. Pre-paid return shipping labels are not provided in these instances. It is important to note that original shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your total refund. Any order offered with special shipping charges is subject to a deduction of our actual outbound shipping costs. Examples of these customer returns may include:
1.Buyers ("Not satisfied with performance", "Item doesn't fit me correctly", "Item doesn't meet my expectations", “I tried it, but I want something else”, etc)
2.No Reason / No Longer Want
3.Misinterpretation of Product Description (failure to fully read item details/descriptions/features)
4.Order Cancellation after the item already shipped out
5.Customer bought the wrong one
6.Customer accidentally bought too many
7.Customer accidentally provided wrong shipping address
8.After the 30 day returns period, customers may use the items Fiwotttda manufacturers product warranty period for repairs if the item is faulty or malfunctioning. Please see the manufacturers product warranty for details.

Our products come with a standard 12-month warranty period. If you purchased a Fiwotttda product from a retail store, please return the faulty product directly to the store you purchased along with your proof of purchase (such as a receipt or bank statement).
